Purpose
The purpose of the Michigan
State Association of Parliamentarians (MSAP)
is to study, promote, teach and disseminate the
principles of parliamentary law.

and educational establishments in the State of

Governing Principles
Basic Principles:

majority;

minority, especially a minority greater
than one-third;

Protect the rights of the
individual;

Protect the rights of
those not present;

Protect the rights of all
of these together.
